If you thought Prokey was dead, think again! In a massive effort to start off a calendar of activities for 2011, Prokey in collaboration with the Association of Ugandan Professionals in South Africa (AUPSA) and Tanzanians Living in Gauteng (TALGA) are backing The Expatriate SA Magazine in the launch of their East African issue to be held on 4 March 2011 at the Old Mutual Theatre in Nelson Mandela Square.
The event dubbed “A dinner, a show and a free copy” will commence at 6.30 pm with a networking session during which attendees will be treated to dinner and given free copies of the magazine in addition to goodies from Old Mutual who are the headline sponsors. The play titled “London Road” will begin at 8.00 pm. It is a hilarious and critically acclaimed tale of two expatriates living in Cape Town, a Nigerian and a Jew and will run for about an hour. Afterwards, there will be additional networking and an after party.
