Azimio la Umoja coalition has rejected the proposed Finance Bill 2023-24 saying it is a burden to working Kenyans who are already struggling with high costs of living. At its parliamentary group meeting, the coalition has also tasked the Kenya Kwanza to schedule by-elections in areas where members of the coalition to acknowledge that all legislators who decamped the jubilee party which is an affiliate of Azimio in line with the constitution. Azimio has given the ruling party until midnight to answer to the new demands.
