Global Center on Adaptation Chief Executive Officer Patrick Verkooijen says the solution to climate change lies in the grass roots. The center together with the African Development Bank have partnered in resource mobilization and networks to develop and implement the Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program in spurring climate-resilient actions.
