The High court has granted the ethics and anti-corruption commission the green light to recover over 26 million shillings from former homa bay county clerk Bob Kephas Otieno, and his wife Evelyne Ogutu. Otieno was found guilty of abuse of office and using his position to defraud the county of 26 million. Justice Esther Maina ordered the former Clerk and his wife to remit the amount to EACC as follows as well as bear suit costs
