Exporters decry challenging business environment

Flower exporters are once again raising their concerns over the accumulating value-added tax refunds yet to be paid by the government. According to clement tulezi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Flower Council, exporters the arrears now stand at more than 12 billion shillings, with some individual growers owed more than a billion shillings.
