A new survey by polling for , Insight Strategists Solutions Africa, ISS has ranked Embu Governor Cecily Mbarire and her Murang'a counterpart Irungu Kang'ata as the best-performing governors.
The development ratings' poll which ranked the 47 county chiefs based on development agenda also polled which governors stood a high chance of being re-elected in 2027 with Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Junior and his Homabay counterpart Gladys Wanga taking the first and second spot respectively.
