Healthcare workers unions have insisted they will not relent in their pursuit to ensure the collective bargaining agreement signed in 2017 is implemented despite the threats of arrest by police over their demonstrations. KMPDU, KUCO and KNUMLO officials in a joint press statement have said they will continue with their planned demonstrations on Tuesday as planned in Nairobi County. The unions have also proposed the formation of a taskforce similar to the one formed to address education challenges to look into the issues of healthcare.
