Departed Chief of Defense Forces General Francis Ogolla will be laid to rest on Sunday in line with his wishes. Defense Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale says military honors will be conducted tomorrow including a church service, military parade, and 19-gun salute. President William Ruto this afternoon led a section of his cabinet in visiting the late chief of defense forces Nairobi home, to condole with the widow. Several cabinet secretaries arrived at the home before the president's arrival.
