Two of the commissioners have since resigned. Odinga who led the Azimio coalition's rally in Nairobi's Kamukunji grounds also wants President William Ruto barred from constituting a committee that will recruit new commissioners saying it is a plot to hold captive the electoral body ahead of the next general election
