The committee on education has directed Teachers service commission TSC to prioritize employment of teachers above 45 yrs of age in the ongoing recruitment exercise. TSC which has also been accused of Laxity and alleged system failure resulting to teacher’s shortage in the country was also put to task over 720 Million shillings released by national treasury which was meant to recruit six thousand interns in the last 6 months.
