Relief for sprinter Mark Otieno as ban is reduced to two years

Kenya sprinter Mark Otieno has been slapped with a two-year ban from athletics by the athletics integrity unit. Otieno’s ban has been reduced to two years instead of the mandatory four after the panel hearing the case concluded that the athlete did not intentionally use the banned substance.
