Tana River County continues to experience heavy rains with the Kenya Red Cross response team this morning responding to distress calls that saw 25 people being rescued and fully evacuated to safer grounds. such was the case in Garissa with 24 residents rescued while others were marooned at Maramtu farm in Garissa township.
