PS Bitok reaffirms free education, assures timely capitation funds

Basic Education PS Julius Bitok has reiterated that free education remains fully intact, dismissing widespread rumors suggesting the government intends to scrap school capitation. He assured that the Ministry of Education will release capitation funds on time to all learning institutions beginning January next year.
