Mbeere North by-election materials delivered to Embu Law Courts

Election materials from the Mbeere North parliamentary by- election held on November 27 last year have been delivered to the Embu Law Courts for safe custody, as preparations begin for the hearing of petitions challenging the election of area MP Leonard Wa Muthende. The move follows orders issued by High Court Judge Richard Mwongo last Thursday, directing that the materials be preserved within court premises after petitioners applied for their protection as key evidence in the case.
