UDA to conduct repeat grassroots elections in selected areas

The United Democratic Alliance UDA National Executive Committee has resolved to conduct a repeat election, following numerous complaints on the recently concluded grassroots elections.UDA Party Chairperson, Cecily Mbarire, said the decision to have a repeat election is to ensure the exercise is free and fair. The party will conduct repeat elections in selected polling centres across the 42 counties scheduled to take place on 7th March 2026 for the phase 3 elections, as well as 28th March 2026 for phase two elections.
