LAST MILE CONNECTIVITY

The Principal Secretary for Energy, Alex Wachira, officially commissioned the Mashamba Area and Fundi Hamisi Electrification Projects in Malindi Constituency. The project comes at an opportune time and is expected to greatly benefit local residents, particularly the youth, by enhancing economic growth and development. The initiative connects villages to electricity and is funded by the Government of Kenya and implemented by the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC).
