Kaduna abductions: Villagers who escaped tell of their ordeal - BBC Africa

Nigeria's police have confirmed that a group of worshippers was kidnapped from three churches in a remote part of the northern Kaduna state, after previously denying it. A police spokesperson said security forces had been fully deployed to the area, and that search-and-rescue operations and patrols were under way. The BBC's Madina Maishanu gained access to one of the churches where worshippers were attending a service when the abductions took place.
