Fear in Kitale as teenage gang terrorizes residents, 170 arrested

Fears have gripped Kitale town, Trans Nzoia County, as gangs of underage youth reign terror. The youth armed with crude weapons have maimed many and forced most business owners to close shop early for fear of attacks. The police have arrested 174 suspects in a crackdown.
