President William Ruto has formed a technical committee that will be responsible for coordinating the collaboration between the government, sports federations, and the corporates in a new initiative to transform sports into a multi-billion shillings industry. The first step was to invite the heads of corporates to a round table meeting at State House, Nairobi where a plan was put in place to fund and transform the industry.
