Residents of Busia County have spelt out a raft of security challenges they face at the border town during the Jukwaa La Usalama security tour in the country. The residents decried, among others, cross-border robbery, trafficking of drugs and illicit brews from the neighbouring country, as well as harassment of Kenyan fishermen by Ugandan security officers.
