Access to healthcare for residents of Sosoma in Nguni, Mwingi Central, Kitui County has improved following the operationalisation of a dispensary in the area. This comes after the construction of the dispensary, which had stalled for more than 12 years, was completed, and health care workers were deployed to man the facility.
