Former Nairobi Provincial Commissioner Davis Nathan Chelogoi has been found guilty on five counts in a 1.35 billion shillings land fraud case involving a 7.39-hectare parcel in Lower Kabete, Nairobi. Delivering the judgment at the Milimani Law Courts on Friday, October 16, 2026, Chief Magistrate Dolphina Alego ruled that the prosecution had proved all charges against Chelogoi beyond reasonable doubt.
