Governors want title deeds issued for Affordable Housing units

The Council of Governors is calling for urgent measures to resolve outstanding issuance of title deeds, land, planning and registration matters around the Affordable Housing Programme. The Council, through the Committee of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, noted that this will give beneficiaries appropriate legal documentation and secure ownership of their homes.
