High Court allows cross-examination of Prof. David Ndetei over affidavit contents

The High Court has granted a nod for the reopening of pre-bail proceedings in the murder case of Dr. Victoria Mutiso, allowing an application by Rose Mbithe and her two children to have Professor David Ndetei take the dock for cross-examination. The move follows an application by the defense team that pocked holes in the contents of an affidavit filed by Ndetei ,that sought to oppose the release of accused persons in the murder case of Psychiatrist Dr.Victoria Nthunya Mutiso on bond. Ndetei will now appear at the Milimani High court on Wednesday ,the 21st of October this year for cross-examination.
