High court extends freeze on Kiambu governor Wamatangi’s accounts in corruption case

Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi has suffered yet another setback after the High Court extended orders freezing bank accounts belonging to him, his wife, and his children. The orders also apply to accounts held by ten other individuals linked to a 813 million shilling corruption matter and unexplained wealth case arising from his tenure as Kiambu senator.
