Ndindi Nyoro claims govt wants to reduce day school capitation

Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro claims that the government, through the Ministry of Education, has issued a circular to the heads of day secondary schools proposing a reduction in capitation. Ndindi says the government intends to cut the capitation per student from the current Ksh 22,000 to Ksh 12,000 per year.
