National police Service has dismissed Social media reports that a group of thugs is on the rampage in Nairobi central business district terrorising residents by using human waste and crude weapons. Nairobi Central sub-county police commander Philemon Otieno Nyakombo however, admitted that several suspected criminals have been arrested in connection with thuggery activities at CBD.
