Ruto blames past administrations, opposition for Kenya’s youth unemployment crisis

President William Ruto, is tonight laying blame of Kenya’s unemployment crisis among the youth, on the country’s past administrations. Ruto who spoke in Machakos county, also sustained his onslaught on the opposition, blaming them for allegedly doing nothing to alleviate Kenyans' suffering when they served in government.
