Moi University’s Vice Chancellor Isaac Kosgey and three senior officials from the university have been ordered to appear before the country’s anti-graft body in a 2.1 billion shilling graft related case. The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission has summoned the four to appear in person on Wednesday at their offices in Eldoret. They are accused of embezzlement through fraudulent infrastructural projects which has paralyzed operations at the institution.
