Kenyans are beginning to feel the sweetness of the reforms in the agriculture industry with local sugar production surpassing demand in the month of July. President Dr William Ruto while addressing the nation in Parliament said the reforms implemented in the sugar sector have seen a surge in production with four new sugar factories under construction to boost output.
