Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos has refuted claims that the government is not well prepared to handle learners under the new system of education. Speaking in Kajiado North Sub County on Monday while inspecting the construction of new classrooms, Migos assured parents of a 100 percent transition from Primary to Junior Secondary School (JSS). He further confirmed that the Ministry of Education has constructed 13,500 classrooms out of 16,000 classroom rooms targeted to facilitate a smooth transition. Timothy Kipnusu reports
