The operation, carried out by police in collaboration with the Kenya Publishers Association, led to the seizure of dozens of fake textbooks. This crackdown comes just a week after five suspects involved in the shadow market were apprehended. Meanwhile, the Kenya Publishers Association has announced that some competency-based curriculum (CBC) learning materials will take over a month to reach the market
