More than 800,000 youth turn up for verification for funding

More than 800,000 applicants of the 5 billion shillings World Bank-funded national youth opportunities towards advancement, Nyota, turned up for the verification exercise conducted in 1,450 wards across the country. The exercise that targets 101,500 successful candidates who will be awarded 50,000 each as business capital has been extended to 25th Saturday due to the huge turnout witnessed during Friday's entrepreneurship aptitude test.
