Center for Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education in Africa has launched a transformative STEM outreach and mentorship programs aimed at demystifying the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics fields for junior school students across the country. CEMASTEA program coordinator Beatrice Macharia says the mentorship program seeks to motivate young learners by offering ideas and strategies that will help them develop creative, innovative and problem-solving skills in the STEM subjects. The beneficiaries of the program say the program has exposed them to practical experiments in science subjects and enhanced their learning experience.
