It’s exactly five years since the body of IEBC official Christopher Msando was discovered in a thicket in Kikuyu, three days after he had gone missing.
Msando had been brutally murdered alongside 21-year-old Carol Maryanne Wairimu Ngumbu, throwing the election preparations into disarray just eight days to the 2017 vote.
The government promised speedy investigations, but to date, no one has been brought to book over the shocking twin murders.
