Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kipchuma Murkomen says banditry in the Northern parts of the country has gone down by 70%.Kipchumba has attributed this to deployment of technology to combat crime. Kipchumba who spoke when he commissioned the second batch of the mine Resistant Ambush Protected MRAP standard Duty Vehicles at general service unit GSU headquarters, Ruaraka noted the vehicles will assist in fighting cattle rustling and banditry in northern parts of the country and other far flung areas.
