There is a need to tighten the grip on Kenya's anti-corruption laws as they contain loopholes and inconsistencies that hinder effective enforcement. This is according to the latest report from Transparency International and Uraia Trust who have also revealed that the office of the DPP, EACC, and Judiciary as weak links in the fight against corruption.
