Kuria to police: Show Kenyan youth same mercy you showed the Dutchman

Former Senior Economic Advisor in the Office of the President, Moses Kuria, has urged Kenyan police officers to extend the good gesture (of restraint even when provoked) as done by Diani police officers to a Dutchman who insulted them while in custody.
