President Ruto hails healthcare reform efforts

President William Ruto has hailed his healthcare and development projects, labelling them a game-changer. The president who spoke during an inspection tour of the construction of Kakamega County Teaching and Referral Hospital, also cautioned against divisive politics. He later left to attend a church service in Vihiga.
