The High Court has directed Worldcoin Foundation to delete within seven days the iris and facial data collected from Kenyans in 2023. In her ruling, which was made virtually on Monday, Lady Justice Aburili Roselyne, also ordered the process of deletion of the biometric data to be supervised by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
