Ruto pia alitia saini kuwa sheria mswada wa mwaka 2025 wa pesa za ziada kwa serikali za kaunti inayotoa ufadhili zaidi kwa kaunti ili kuhakikisha usambazaji sawa wa rasilmali na kuimarisha utoaji huduma katika kaunti.
