KALONZO, WAMALWA DEMAND KINDIKI’S RESIGNATION OVER COURT RULING

Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and DAP-Kenya’s Eugene Wamalwa have called for Deputy President Kithure Kindiki to resign, accusing him of constitutional overreach. This comes after a Court of Appeal ruling declared that only the Chief Justice can assign judges to a bench, nullifying a decision tied to impeachment proceedings against Rigathi Gachagua. The two leaders also accused the government of interfering with the IEBC to influence future elections.
