The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Wednesday arrested three directors of Ramagon Construction Company Limited in connection to ongoing investigations into allegations of procurement irregularities, theft of public funds, and fraudulent acquisition of public property. According to EACC, the crimes stem from tenders awarded to the company for the construction of a twin workshops complex at Matili Technical Training Institute in Bungoma County during the 2010/2011 financial year.
