Residents of Samburu county are recommending the development of policies that will help curb gender-based violence in the county. During a public participation by the technical working group on Gender Based Violence, the residents recommended creation of a clear framework for identifying, reporting, and prosecuting cases of gender-based violence as well as waiving the cost of litigation when filing cases in court.
