Human Resource Practitioners have been urged to take the lead in driving digital transformation across the public service, with the view of building a more efficient government. During a consultative forum in Nairobi, hosted by the Public Service Commission, Chairman PSC Ambassador Anthony Muchiri emphasized the adoption of tools like E-learning and Artificial Intelligence as key in improving accountability across government Ministries, Departments and agencies.
