The Kenya Union Of Post-Primary Education teachers kuppet is calling on the teachers service commission to urgently initiate negotiations to review the 2025-2029 collective bargaining agreement. Speaking in Mtwapa Kilifi County the union issued a seven day ultimatum to TSC, to invite unions for negotiations saying the cycle of the CBA they signed is ending in June. Led by their national chairman Omboko Milemba and Acting Secretary General Moses Nthurima, KUPPET has threatened to call for a meeting of the organs of the union that make decisions if the government fails to call for negotiations.
