Maendeleo ya wanawake association has urged elected leaders to have political tolerance as they champion for political hygiene and decorum in the country. During a national executive council retreat held in Sagana today, the national chairperson, Raha Mwikali, has decried the increased cases of political intolerance that have resulted in injuries to some leaders and Kenyans. In a retreat to review the association’s 2025-2026 strategic plan, Mwikali has made a clarion call to politicians to practise hygienic politics that will not incite the Kenyan youths. Mwikali further says politicians must end political bickering and desist from engaging in the hotly anticipated campaigns of the 2o27 polls. The principal secretary of the state department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES), who also attended the retreat, highlighted that integration of the Social Health Authority (SHA) with the hustler fund will ensure all Kenyans are able to contribute to the universal health care
