People's Liberation Party leader Martha Karua has announced plans to file a case at the East African Court of Justice against Presidents William Ruto (Kenya), Yoweri Museveni (Uganda), and Samia Suluhu (Tanzania), accusing them of human rights violations. Her statement comes a day after activists Boniface Mwangi (Kenya) and Agather Atuhaire (Uganda) claimed they were abducted, tortured, and assaulted in Tanzania.
