Ten police officers have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in London estate, Nakuru, that left one person dead. The civilian was allegedly shot moments after a confrontation between police officers and residents of the London area. As Maryanne Nyambura reports, the independent policing and oversight authority has been called in to investigate the matter.
