The Governor made the remarks duringa football tournament where he urged the youth to focus on productive activities as the leaders of tomorrow and refrain from self ruin. The Governor regretted that the use of drugs and substance abuse contributed to an increase in crime. He challenged the youth to take advantage of the establishment of TVETs, and acquire skills to be self reliant or seek employment opportunities.
